30% upfront, 30% when built, 30% when delivered.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We do offer financing. via Hearth Financial.

Can the unit be shipped overseas?

Our 20 foot units can be shipped overseas. Some on-site assembly is required.

Can you host my unit at your Leland NC facility?

Yes. We have a limited number of spots with power that we can use for hosting your unit.

Do you manufacture solar/off-grid units?

Yes.

Are these suitable for living in?

Yes. These units are made tobe used as offices but have everything needed to be turned into a spare bedroom or living quarters.
